Terms of use

Agreement

These terms are between you and Hieorkkey LLC, 45 High Street, Manchester, M4 1HQ, United Kingdom. By connecting an advertiser account or using hieorkney.xyz you agree to them. If you act for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

The service

Hieorkney checks campaigns that you prepare in your TikTok for Business account against rules you define, applies changes you approve, and sends reports. It is provided on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee campaign performance.

TikTok terms

Hieorkney uses the TikTok Business API. You must have the right to manage the advertiser accounts you connect, and you remain bound by TikTok’s own terms and advertising policies. Hieorkney is independent of TikTok and ByteDance.

Acceptable use

  • Do not connect accounts you are not authorised to manage.
  • Do not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading or policy-violating advertising.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without our permission, or resell access.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or TikTok’s.

Changes you approve

Hieorkney changes, pauses or deletes campaigns, ad groups, ads, creatives or app entries only after your explicit confirmation. You are responsible for the content and budgets of your campaigns.

Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Ending

You can stop at any time by revoking access in TikTok and writing to support@hieorkney.xyz, support2@hieorkney.xyz or support3@hieorkney.xyz. We may end the service for a connected account with 14 days’ notice, or immediately for a breach. Data is handled as set out in the privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
