Erase your data
Two steps
- Disconnect from TikTok. In TikTok for Business, open your account’s app authorisations and remove Hieorkney. From that moment we can no longer make requests for your accounts.
- Ask us to erase what we hold. Email support@hieorkney.xyz, support2@hieorkney.xyz or support3@hieorkney.xyz from the address you used with us, with the subject
Erase my data, and name the advertiser account(s) concerned.
What is deleted
- Authorisation tokens and account identifiers.
- Campaign, ad group, ad, creative, pixel, app, catalog and reporting data received from TikTok.
- Your contact details and rules, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
How long it takes
We acknowledge your request within 4 working days and complete deletion within 21 days. Backups are overwritten within a further 28 days. We confirm by email when it is done.
Verification
To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the request from the connected TikTok account or to answer a question only the account holder can. We never ask for your TikTok password.
